    The odds of a Right-wing reformist government being elected are only
    50-50. And then it needs to defeat the Blob

    ItrCOs grim being British today, especially if you love this country. Our
    best and brightest are fleeing, with 257,000 departing last year, led by a vanguard of millionaires and graduates, and we are about to be monstered
    by another smorgasbord of confiscatory taxes. The economy is barely
    growing, and many will go cold this winter thanks to net zero. Our
    national defence is in a sorry state, shoplifting is rife, the NHS is a
    farce, our education system is being dumbed down, sectarianism has
    returned and anomie is endemic. Why stay? Why fight this madness?
