It's _Al_ Jazeera (Arabic for "the island/peninsula", meaning the Arabic peninsula), and there is no evidence that they claimed that.

What was hit by an unidentified projectile yesterday, according to Al
Jazeera, was an oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz:
