Did you look for part on the samtec website? Samtec also delivers in smaller quantities.

I've used these folks before:

Pricing quite reasonable: a 40 way of similar (custom) length to the Digikey cable above was about -u1 each in 100pcs, in 2015.

However they're in the UK so that's probably not convenient for you.
