    Anyone host/sponsor training or certification "courses" for their
    products? If so, are your efforts just "local"? Self-hosted or
    do you contract that out? Frequency of these events? Cost to
    attendees (as well as to YOU if you are contracting for that service)?

    How do you "validate" such training? Or, is it just up to the attendees
    to represent their abilities honestly?
