In your absence, the Underworld lost its way. It became feeble and afraid of the Empire of the Overworld, which grew strong and boldly comfortable in its quiet retirement from evil-slaying. Carve out your dungeon from the soil and stones of the Underworld, and build dozens of unique rooms to attract a myriad of creatures to your halls to work and fight for you.
If you desire the absolute incarnation of evil, then look no further than the Ultimate Edition, which features: base game, Heart of Gold expansion, My Pet Dungeon expansion, The Under Games expansion, Underlord Edition extras (dungeon theme, soundtrack, lore books).

Eight-level sandbox-style campaign designed exclusively for My Pet Dungeon, with a more relaxed pacing than the main game. Reach the target score to advance to the next level, go after the bonus objectives, or simply revel in the dungeons of your dreams. (Two levels are available for free.)
The Dungeons series got its start back in 2011, with the release of Dungeons, a weird game that looked like Dungeon Keeper at first glance, but was more akin to Theme Park. Dungeons 2 went back to the drawing board, and made a game that mixed the dungeon building of Dungeon Keeper, with a more traditional RTS, with the underground sections giving you more indirect control of things, and the overworld allowing you to control your creatures directly. Dungeons 3 then expanded and refined this further.
You also cannot fast travel while exploring the mini dungeons that dot the landscape - though defeating the boss of a dungeon will trigger a wisp of light that can warp you back to the entrance. Interestingly, this does not apply to the larger Legacy Dungeons, meaning you can warp around the multiple sites of grace in the larger dungeons as much as you wish - or if you find yourself in a bad situation after taking a one-way trip down some rooftops.
When in the map view of the Lands Between, you'll start racking up a lot of different Sites of Grace - some in the open world, some in dungeons, and even one for the Roundtable Hold. You can press Y to see a drop down list of Sites of Grace.
As you explore, you may come across certain barriers or inactive places, that feature a twin fanged imp statue nearby. These can unlock gateways, treasures, mini dungeons, and even optional bosses. If you find a Stonesword Key, you can unlock these barriers by inserting them into the imp statues (some will require 1, others 2), but doing so will use up that key.
Mission 7 "Heart Attack" can be hard. Despite the balances with v1.6f of the game, I still had problems with the stream of heroes invading. I read many strategies that suggested blocked the paths on the West and East sides so that the heroes would channel through the centre. However, this didn't quite workout... You could only block the West and some will run round your dungeon to the East to get at the dungeon heart. The heroes were also like torrents rather than waves which meant they ploughed through the "death room" I filled with canons and traps in the centre.
Dungeon Keeper lets you build your own dungeon filled with monsters and traps, and then defeat any goody-good "heroes" foolish enough to venture inside. This is a management strategy game, somewhat similar to Bullfrog's Theme Park or Theme Hospital, in that you lay out the dungeon's various rooms, but have no direct control over your minions, unlike a typical real-time strategy (RTS) game.
Using Bullfrog's custom engine, the world of Dungeon Keeper is rendered in true 3D with a mixture of 2D sprites for creatures and items, like in Magic Carpet or Syndicate Wars. This allows the player to experience the game in first-person view too, as any of the minions can be possessed and directly controlled at any time.
The playable demo contains one scenario that will teach you the basics of dungeon keeping and give a taste of battles with the forces of good. The demo runs in Windows only.
The Land Between is huge so having a map is essential. It also has a lot of clues. As you fill sections of the map, it will show buildings, islands, and other structures of note. These places on the map can be the location of bosses, dungeons, items or characters.
Unlike previous FromSoftware games, Elder Ring is open world. This means there is a huge map to explore making it easier to find better weapons, summons and more importantly, more runes to level up. You're not obligated to proceed in a linear path, and areas don't have a level requirement so there's nothing stopping you from returning at a later time. It's also very likely there were dungeons and other areas that you missed out on.
Tavern Keeper is an interesting economic strategy game, in which the player plays the role of a keeper of several taverns. The fact that this is a difficult task is clear the moment we start the game, trying to manage a budget while investing at the same time. Greenheart Games studio (developer and publisher) is responsible for creating this game. PC Release date: 2019. Platforms: Microsoft Windows PC

Upon encountering Margit, The Fell Omen, or when first resting at a non-dungeon Site of Grace outside of Limgrave (most likely trigger would be Caelid's Sellia Under-Stair, found outside of Sellia Crystal Tunnel, which is reachable through being ensnared by Dragon-Burnt Ruins' transporter trap chest)
Mounted Combat may not be as deep as combat on foot in terms of mechanics, but it is compelling in its own right as you need to focus more on movement and getting attack in at opportune moments while galloping. This makes Mounted Combat feel like deadly jousts against foes, making for a nice change of pace if you just came from a grueling dungeon.
Another thing that I noticed is that the game does repeat certain bosses and dungeons. Though at least there are some slight differences to keep encounters against similar foes interesting. Plus, the game does make up for this with its unique main bosses.
FromSoftware's latest RPG endeavor Elden Ring is their most acclaimed hit to date, and this open-world dark fantasy gives its players its fair share of challenges to overcome. Whether they're boss fights or dungeons, the game is filled with tough adversaries that provide thrilling gameplay and satisfying catharsis after besting them.
There are plenty of general tips to follow in Elden Ring to help guide players' journeys and defeat bosses, but one of the more specific mechanics to take advantage of is how to use the spectral steed Torrent in boss fights. Of course, there are certain dungeon scenarios where calling Torrent is impossible, but the mount can be used in many overworld boss encounters.
Apart from the various major and story-focused dungeons spread throughout the game, the Tarnished can venture into smaller dungeons like mines and tunnels. These dungeons have different kinds of items to loot and bosses to fight, but the biggest thing that players should focus on stocking up on is Smithing Stones.
Just like with Smithing and Somber Smithing Stones, players should keep an eye out for Grave Gloveworts. These can be found and looted in other parts of Elden Ring, but catacomb and cave dungeons are the equivalents of tunnels and mines for stones. Weapons aren't the only items that can be leveled up, as Grave Gloveworts are what improve the player's Spirit Ashes.
And those are just the things we encountered. After our first hours-long session with the game, we thought we'd gone through everything with a fine-toothed comb. Only after swapping stories with others who'd also been playing did we realise we'd missed an entire boss, a mini-dungeon area, and a weird tree man, and had to jot down where to find them in our second go-around. Elden Ring might be geared around combat, but there are plenty of surprises to come across. Even how you tackle enemies is up to you; the ability to take a stealthy approach means you can pick off the toughest ones in a bunch (or ones with little horns that will alert others) in order to get the drop on larger encounters.
Each region in the Lands Between is distinct, with a sort of hub area of its own, its own visual style, and presided over by a Lord, each of whom has a shard of the titular ring. The path to the Legacies (the more traditional dungeon-like areas like you'd find in Dark Souls) is usually clear. Sites Of Grace, bonfire-like checkpoints where you can change your equipment and level up, are easy to spot. To compensate for the broader landscape, little tendrils of golden energy weave their way through the air to settle at each Grace, making them simple to find.
You will discover many Sites of Grace through exploration, with some being at the entrance mini-dungeon (an icon of a cave or catacomb will be visible behind it), while others appear after defeating a boss in that area, which the Site of Grace will also usually be named after.
The game is a real-time strategy, in which the emphasis is placed primarily on the economic aspect and proper planning of the dungeon architecture. The game mainly consists of expanding the dungeons and training the monsters that inhabit them, so that they are able to tear to shreds all the noble heroes who venture into our underworld. In order to build trap-filled corridors and rooms and recruit armies of evil, you must first establish a healthy underground economy. Monsters have their own needs, and without meeting those needs, you can't expect them to obey you. For some monsters food is enough, but more powerful monsters also demand payment in gold. In repelling the attacks we are helped not only by our own armies, but also a wide selection of defensive structures and traps. We also get access to an extensive system of spells. What's more, some monsters worship dark deities and if we provide them with the right ingredients, they will perform special rituals that give us additional advantage. We play all this as a part of the story campaign or free mode. There are also multiplayer games.
