Yesterday I switched the Monaco vs PSG game off when it was 2-0 for
Monaco after 20 mins, to switch between the New Pretenders somehow
winning a game and hoping Real would somehow lose to the Portageese
    Fishermen.

In the End of it all, The New Pretenders somehow seem to play above
themselves in Europe for a few rounds before they crash back down to
    reality.
PSG seem to be able to go down to anyone and any score and comeback.

Jose Mourinho somehow still seems to be up to his Portagoose fisherman tricks. He got thrown out for poking someone in the eye or ear or nose
or whatever he did. He will soon be fired .

I think with all this Manager hiring and firing and re hiring business
and nothing really changing, might actually bring some Football owners
and so called pundits to realize that the players actually have
something to do with how a team plays.

JJuventus might actually be eliminated already, I mean it is possible
for them to come back, but they cannit make up 3 goals? Cannit?

    FT Galatasaray 5-2 Juventus

    FT Benfica 0-1 Real Madrid

    FT Dortmund 2-0 Atalanta

    FT Monaco 2-3 PSG

Earlier today The New Castles beat a team called Quarabag, we are not
sure of the spelling but we were always told the letter "u" must follow
the letter "q". Our team is looking into the proper spelling as well as
trying to find out where Quarabag actually is from. It seems nobody knows.

All I can say from what I have watched today is that The Pretenders
should not be playing in this UEFA Cup thing if they are not going to
take it seriously. An end of the half goal by Olympiacos was called
back for offside, which was probably the correct call.

I also get it that Inter Mailand is too focused right now on the Winter Olympics

    FT Qarabag FK 1-6 Newcastle

    HT Bodo/Glimt 1-1 Inter

    HT Club Brugge 0-2 Atl|-tico

    HT Olympiacos 0-0 Leverkeusen

I was on duty at work and 5 minutes before my shift was due to end was allocated something which prevented me from watching what sounded like a
bit of a classic match. "Reel life" strikes again. :(

Having since watched the highlights, whilst I'm of course pleased with
the win, a lot of the Galatasaray goals came from rebounds or defensive mistakes, not to mention Juventus had a player sent off. I really
wouldn't put it beyond Juventus to win the secoond leg by three.

Lame anti-weaufxing attempt. Juve will be without Bremer (our only
standout defender), Cambiaso and Cabal (ok, maybe that's for the
better). That's half of our starting defensive line. The rest of the
team, barring Yildiz (who was unfortunately awful on Tuesday, and
responsible for the first goal), just doesn't inspire much confidence.
We will likely start with McKennie as centerforward again.

But the more general point is, what makes you think that Juve won't
continue to give up rebounds and commit defensive mistakes?

Jose Mourinho has gone from being the special one, and a winner,
to the controversial one that only seems to be interested in his
ego and creating headlines as the trophies have dried up.

    He will soon be fired

And re-hired by another club within a few weeks, as is the norm
    these days.

No, I don't believe in the whole anti-weaufxing thing. If I said it I
believe it. Juve no doubt has some omissions but they seem to have a
good enough scoring record in Serie A and it just feels like Galatasaray
won't get so many lucky bounces etc two matches running. Some may say Galatasaray made their own luck to an extent by pressing high up and
playing positively, but you still need the rub of the green.

Don't get me wrong, three goals up is clearly advantageous but it still
feels like there's life in this tie yet?

Ok, so Atletico are through. The Pretenders are safe, so far. the Dogs
of Bodo are hanging on and the NEw Castles are safer than ever.

I had to actually watch the New Castles game for about 5 mins. I dunno,
but it really looked like they were playing the German Peter Crouch as a Centre Mid, or number 10 or whatever they call the creative mid fielder nowadays.

The Dogs of Bodo still hanging on, not even allowing a goal...yet. The
thing is, I am not even sure if Phil Esposito can save Inter. That is
    the game I am watching.

None of you know who Phil Esposito is without looking it up.
