Mark finished second and chooses the leagues.

Tier 3

Futbolmetrix
Homer Simpson

Note: milivella made less than the required number of picks, and
therefore is eliminated from the game. He can of course reapply, but
he must start from the bottom of the last tier (not that it makes much
of a difference to hime anyway, but rules are rules...)

The Argentinian League has a bit of a rubbish format now. The Brazilian
League is playing midweek for the 1st few weeks of the season, so that
would be a problem. And I think I've picked Uruguay and Chile as the
main League before. I think the only 1 of the top 5 South American
Leagues that hasn't been picked before is Paraguay. I think I'll go for Paraguay and Uruguay.

For future reference, are we allowed to pick women's leagues?

I'll do my best, but the experience in the past with these leagues is
that they have sometimes irregular schedules. So be prepared to have
some replacement leagues thrown in every once in a while.
