So the Hamilton Forge are hosting Tigres of Mexico tomorrow. This is a perfect example of how home field advantage can work. For those who
dont know, the Iceberg has been even colder than usual, actually most of
North America has been colder than usual.

This game is supposed to take place tomorrow night and yes it has warmed
up compared to the last few weeks, but I am thinking they will be
looking at -10C temps. Maybe it might snow too? ANd I kinda doubt the Hamilton pitch is heated.

I dont know how the MLS will play winter football next season, Montreal
can play indoor, if they use the old Olympic stadium, but a lot of US
cities and Toronto are just way too cold to play.

It is too bad they did not play that game last night with the bitter
cold and blowing snow we had here on the Iceberg. Instead it was just
kinda cold and no snow and a 0-0 draw.

We are back on a cold watch again this weekend. Those who like skating
on the worlds longest skating rink will be pleased. I on the other hand
will not be skating on the worlds longest skating rink until we get
temps warmer than -20C. Instead I will be watching them skate in Milan,
which from what I can tell, looks like Spring. I can see trees with
leaves, people walking around in shirts, how can they have a winter olympics???? How can they even have ice in those temps???? They should
have a road hockey event and maybe roller blading.
