    I recently had to contact the company that hosts my website for
    technical support. I had to use "Chat Support" because the company quit providing email and phone support. During the conversation, the agent
    made the following statement:

    Phone Support has been shut down since Feb 2023 and customers have only
    option to contact support is Chat medium. We believe this will allow us
    to provide you with a more efficient and convenient support experience.

    <end quote>

    I asked, "How is support more efficient and convenient without phone or email?". They did not have a ready answer.

    Puzzle: Come up with an answer that the Chat agent can use the next time
    my question arises. Try to come up with something that would convince a long-time customer that the company is doing them a favor by offering
    only chat support.

    Lots of younger folks don't like Email... They prefer Chat (and LINE).
