A few days ago, I was watching this movie

At first, i thought it was in Dutch....

Then Later, I decided it was in Danish or Swedish....

It was so odd that ... there was almost No Word
    that I could recognize.

    (It sounded NOTHING like German!!!)

the only word I recognized was Absolut!

------- meaning (absolutely) (Yes, of course)

Yes, it's probably Not a coincidence!!!

    And also...

(the original Insomnia movie was from Norway, but)

The much more popular [Dragon Tattoo] movie was from.........

Sweden does not consistently produce more big-budget
or internationally popular movies than Denmark, Finland, Norway, or the Netherlands (Holland) in absolute terms.
However, the film and television production industry
in Sweden is robust and, by some measures, larger than in its Nordic
neighbors and sometimes comparable to the Netherlands.

A recent, internationally popular movie from the
Netherlands (Holland) is "The Forgotten Battle" (De Slag om de Schelde,
2020). This Dutch World War II drama gained significant attention
outside the Netherlands, especially on streaming platforms, and was
praised for its production values and historical depiction.

Another notable recent Dutch film is "The Vanishing" (1988, Spoorloos), but this is older and not a recent release; it remains
highly regarded internationally for its psychological thriller elements. However, among truly recent releases, "The Forgotten Battle" stands out
as the most internationally recognized Dutch film in the past few years.

"The Vanishing" (1988, Spoorloos) was a f.....ing amazing
    Spooky , Scary movie!!!!

The Dutch word "spoorloos" is a compound of:

spoor = "trace, track, or spoor" (as in animal tracks or signs left
    behind)

loos = "less" or "without" (a suffix meaning "without" or "lacking")
