Edit: got a mail.com account if this info makes a difference. Right after I made one I read a couple reviews saying it isn't that great and reliable. Should have read those articles before I suppose. Any opinions on this matter? Would I be better of creating an account with a better provider. Why mail.com, the suffix was short.
The main problem is the date of the emails, the Hubspot app created the emails with recent date. The emails have many years old. It downloaded emails from 2017, 2018, 2019... but created them with 2 or 3 days old.
