1 cup prune pulp
1 tsp. lemon juice
-+ cup heavy cream (whipped)
-+ cup powdered sugar
dash salt
-+ cup crushed FRITOS (measured after crushing.)
Whip cream until stiff. Add sugar and salt. Add lemon juice to the prune pulp and fold into cream. Chill and serve with crushed Fritos on top. Serves 4.
