Perhaps because my air fryer is a cheap $20 model which is really only
good for cooking frozen french fries.-a It certainly does not resemble
cooking in a convention oven. :)

It may not look like a convection oven but basically that's what it is.
It has a heat element and a fan to blow the hot air around for faster
and more even cooking. My first one was a Phillips model they don't even make anymore. I was pretty happy with it, but then my friend got a
Cuisinart model. He and his wife were so happy with it that I got one. I liked my new one that I bought one for my son and DiL and they love it
and use it all the time.-a It will bake, broil, toast and air fry.

Sure, but my air fryer doesn't look anything like that and a decent lamb
chop or two wouldn't fit in it.

Indeed, your Majesty's air fryer is too small to heat a goddamn Georgia peanut. But it _IS_ the Royal standard that the entire world must respect.

Some of your subjects have appliances that are better. So they KNOW
your highness is full of shit, but refrain from calling your majesty's attention to this royal oversight.

And always the damned mayo, who's idea was it to slop that on an
    otherwise perfectly decent burger?

    Some people like mayo.

It became a defacto element, needlessly for those who prefer to taste
    their beef, not spreads.

If mayo is a default addition, I order the item without mayo.

Same thing holds for guacamole burgers...why?

Some people like it. I don't understand it, but they do.

That's why it's important to pollute the air now. Before it's too
    late. :)

I remain baffled, but it rocks a mean salsa when made that way:

Jalapeno peppers! I love 'em! He has some really good recipes.
I don't like avocados and avocado based foods. However, I do like
avocado oil and often use it for cooking. Go figure :)

    Arnie has a superb channel.

Different strokes on Avocados, but it lets a typically hot salsa mellow
    just enough to be sublime.

I agree the oil is highly healthy and useful.

Cue Bryan and his high oleic safflower brigade up...
