We didn't finish off as much of the Costco chicken as we usually do, so
there was a lot for stock. At least it didn't go completely to waste.
That much soup required a lot of noodles. Three eggs worth of noodles.
I'm boiling carrots separately because I want plenty of them in there,
but don't want to over-carrot the broth. https://photos.app.goo.gl/XBbzsJPVxVHrHyEo9

Making the soup today, complete with the noodles, will allow it to be refrigerated, reducing the glycemic index of the noodles. We'll be
taking it over to wife's parents' house on Monday.

We're just too courteous to say so."
