You may think this is just coincidence, but it may be a sign from God or
a higher power. The start of something wonderful for me coming up.

For a snack in the afternoon, I often make a cup of tea and have four
crackers with peanut butter and jelly. Did the same today but then it happened.

I had just enough PB to finish the jar, then spread the strawberry
preserves and just enough for the four, finished the jar.

Next time, both start with a new jar. The start of a new life!

I'm sure there is something in the bible about events like this.
Perhaps Noah had a jar of each on the Ark and finished the same way.
Should I bee looking out for space ship?

It certainly looks peaceful if they slip away while they are sleeping.
My mother went that way. I was sitting beside her while she seemed to be sleeping it. They nurse came to check her blood pressure there was none
and she said she was gone. My SiL found my FiL dead in his bed and said
he looked very peaceful. Death is often a very slow process where organs
start to fail and tissue is dying and it can be a very painful process,
which is why they give them lots of medication to "keep them comfortable".

Why wouldn't it be peaceful? No struggling for breath, no excruciating
pain that only a large dose of morphine can eliminate for an hour or
    two.

Go to sleep, the heart stops, no struggling, and it's over.

I like scholarly misfits - they make the best teachers. As far as Alan Watts goes,
the only thing I know about him is that he has a great radio voice, and a very neat and tidy name. As far as synchronicity goes, it'll probably make more sense
to people that tend to see how things are connected.

God has spoken to me twice. When I was a street urchin of five or six, I wandered by our Catholic church as HIS powerful message flowed out in
Latin. I sat on the steps of the church to receive HIS message. The
priest sent an usher to throw me off the property. I went. I should
mention that I was a nearly-naked urchin in a bathing suit.

When eleven or twelve, I knew a family who were Episcopalian. They
convinced me to go to church. He had some sway, and I became an
unbaptized acolyte. After a few months of standing in a robe and holding
a candle, the acolyte next to me passed out and spilled hot candle wax
    on another acolyte.

God had spoken. Three strikes and you're OUT!

Signs from God should not be considered to be strikes. Indeed, they are heaven's
balls. Four balls and you get to walk into heaven. It's the reason that people with a lot of visions tend to vanish from the face of this existence. Of course,
there is a chance you'll spontaneously burst into flames or you might have to be burnt as a witch. Luckily, I've only had one vision - so far.
