They are quite good, although they removed Mexi-Rolls and the Sierra
Chicken Sandwich (served in a chalupa shell) from their menu and I
canrCOt forgive them for it. The real secret is to ask for the house
dressing and drizzle it on everything. You wonrCOt see it mentioned
anywhere, but it is the frigginrCO bomb.

    Positive Feedback
Convenience & Value: Good for quick, inexpensive meals, especially when tired. Food Highlights: Praised for fresh-cracked eggs for breakfast, brisket, fish tacos, and birria tacos at some spots.
Menu Variety: Offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night options, including margaritas.

I haven't had the Mexi-Rolls in over 25 years. But they were
really good. If they left the recipe as it was, I can't think of a
reason for them not to sell.
But it's likely sales dropped. That, with how much was involved
in making them, resulted in the dish being removed.

Pity, but with potato oles the franchise is secure.
