I donrCOt know if I have ever had it. I get all too many categories,
including from Honey Baked ham themselves, that picture it. Some make it
look delicious. Others make it look unappetizing.

I donrCOt like fruit much though!
(I have a friend who swears she remembers me saying I am a vegetarian but I
am pretty sure I am not, so that does not seem to be the reason I have
    never had honey baked ham)

Maybe I should try eating fruit in yogurt, as much for the probiotics as
the fruit. I would bet thererCOs a lot of much better yogurt choices
elsewhere than down south. (Like at Netcost, for example). What kind of
yogurt is in the Caucasus? Is it Bulgarian yogurt? (Totally different than American yogurt). They sell that there, but not down South

But sauerkraut and Kimchi also have some probiotics in them.
The sauerkraut needs to be the bagged/refrigerated kind though, not canned.

I could drink fresh orange or lemon/lime juice.
Or try eating just one small apple per week. I like apples ok.
I eat mine with peanut or almond butter, for some added protein, though
they are just fine without it

Some are crap, some are great. Without juniper berries, we'd not have

Roasted pineapple, not great, Grilled pineapple can be fantastic. I've

nice Black Forest Ham and made used the ham, the cheese and some
whole grain bread from the corner bakery to make a sandwich.

Man it was good. FWIW, many years ago my wife used to be nice
enough to pack me a lunch to take to work. I had made the mistake
of telling her that I liked ham and Swiss cheese sandwiches, so
that was what I got. As good as they were, I got sick of them.
Thank goodness by that time I was on an expense account and could
buy lunches on the road. I swore off ham and Swiss. That was close
to 40 years ago and this was the first ham and Swiss sandwich in
almost four decades. Now I remember why I used to have them so
    often.

I can see more ham and Swiss in my future. I have several decades
    to make up for.

You probably shouldn't tell your wife that you like ham and Swiss
cheese sandwiches. I used to make my wife lunch to take to work a
decade ago. These days, I'm too tired to prepare much of anything.

I bought some Swiss cheese to use for our scallops for New Years
