Wll I have 565 miles sinxe January 1. While I took what was supposeed to be an easy ride on Thursday, my heart rate was going wild. But today had 8 more miles than Thursday and my heart rate averaged 110 bpm. That's high for a person without the lung damage I have. It s still reasonable for me.
I think for the last 10 rides my average speed has been 10 mph as I try to keep my max speed down. Today was unusually warn and I rode in a light long sleeve jersey and shorts. I could have gotten away with a heavy short sleeve jersey,

Looking at your Strava account itrCOs a bit higher, with 760.9 miles are a
few clearly turned the unit on at home and itrCOs saved a ride, but only one has actually accumulated any distance somewhere between 2/3 miles.

22 degrees if your Garmin is to be believed, mine was 7 degrees riding
around the Welsh Valleys, ie the ex industrial towns, so some steep wet
slag which is always treacherous, see Aberfan for example of it! Even on
the non rutted vertical slopes, the Motorcross kids tend to cut big ruts
going up, which make it very iffy going down, one section we walked decided that middle aged men whenever going to push our luck!

Has rained essentially since the start of the year essentially continuously
be that heavy or mild, and the land is just wet as! ItrCOs if anything worse london/SE England which is normally dryer and so the land is waterlogged
and lots of standing water, in Wales yes the land is very soggy and had a number of landslides in the Gorge but thatrCOs actually normal!

And is why a few years ago I upgraded the MTB to Magic Mary on the front as Welsh hills in the winter keeping the bike on line is always a bit of
    struggle and becomes drifting!

I'm still restricted to the basement. My orthopedist said I could ride
outside as long as it was on smooth flat ground, but since the roads are
still clogged with snow and the rail trails bear a close resemblance to
a Luge run I don't really have much choice. On the plus side I'm getting
some good base work in, and this actually happened https://www.strava.com/activities/17445209487

Week before last I got in three 30+ mile rides, but then I went 7 days
without a ride for various reasons. Today, with temps in the mid 70s,
I'll try to get back on the 30+ mile ride every two or three days
    plan.

Well done! IrCOm sure itrCOs frustrating I had some of it post brain injury and hospital though at that point I lacked awareness which is normal, and thus worried my wife by attempting to do stuff I really shouldnrCOt as I thought I was fine!

    Aka boom and bust!
