From Newsgroup: rec.bicycles.tech

Some of these guys are really good and others really, really slow. While I don't expect same day mailing, it is really irksome when they take and entire week to mail an order!
It is difficult when you're trying to change the set-up and it takes three weeks to get all of the parts. I am getting parts from China faster than I'm getting stuff from Colorado.
