At SOTU we saw some others who understand

This has been proven over and over again but still the democrats are
doubling down on these same policies.
It's almost like they WANT to see the cities destroyed.

Guiliani white best mayor ever.
Bloomberg white excellent mayor
Dinkens black a very good mayor during some difficult times which he handled very well IMHO.
DeBlasio white and a complete disaster of a mayor. The absolute worst possible. Destroyed NYC.
Adams black a disaster of a mayor. Continued, at least in the beginning, DeBlasio's policies.
Mandami Indian/Ugandan/Muslim remains to be seen.
