consider intervening.

The thing about extradition is that you can't just do it. You can only ask the foreign country's permission to do it and we're certainly not giving
permission for any other country to come over here and grab up our citizens, let alone our president. Hoo-Pie would know this if she had an IQ higher than
a rutabaga. She just hears other people using fancy words like 'extradition' and then throws them around herself in a desperate attempt to appear intelligent without knowing anything about what they actually mean.
