I believe that I am younger than you, I am 65.a But my Real Life score
is 85 due to my two heart attacks.

You are a few years younger, but not many. I am not familiar with the
term "Real Life Score". No heart attacks for me as yet. No cancer other
than basel cell on my forehead, and a few other issues, but nothing life >threatening so far.
I vaguely recall reading something that may be that or something
    similar.
Think of it as a way to applying Indiana Jones' remark "It's not the
years, it's the mielage" by measuring the mileage.
The goal I seem to associate with it is to answer the question: why do
some people live longer than others? The idea ultimately to share the
wealth by converting the answer into a marketable treatment or drug.
