I bought a roll once. It was probably the best duct tape (used on a
lot of things, but not ducts) I ever had. Very tenacious.
But when I tried to replace, the store didn't have it.
So now I am back to ordinary duct tape. At least I am buying it in
various colors: red at present, next up: lime green. I can date some
of my repairs by the color of the tape!
I'm glad to hear they are still around.

used cotton duck, a fabric, as its base, and 'duck tape' was
