    That is not funny.

I am reading a new book where 500 million humans got snatched off Earth
before Earth was destroyed. All of the humans got their bodies rolled
back to age 25 regardless of their older ages. Everyone's clothes were extremely loose due to significantly lesser weight.

I like mine where they destroy the Earth after grabbing a few hundred
million people first. Go big or go home !

I was wrong, the rollback age is 20, not 25.

Good coment. As a matter of a test I just tried wearing the suit I
bought in 1981 and it fits with some looseness: I would have been 22.

Have you ever read Philip Jose Farmer's Riverworld series?
Aliens who have been watching for a long time resurrect the hominid population of Earth along with homo saps. They are put them in a world
where everything is provided while aging and dying are eliminated. The
    planet of
Riverworld is one long river with high banks around the river. One of the interesting lives is Samuel Langhorne Clemens. Power wars break out.
    Modern contrivances are contrived.

The series gets boring after a while at least to me. But the initial book is excellent.

    bliss

That doesn't address Christian's point, which is that is not everyone
has gained bulk as they aged.

Sorry to hear of your disappointment.
I did finish it but, as bliss notes, it got old.
