I saw that Glen Cook had a new Black Company book out, the first of
several he has planned. I hope he lives long enough to finish the
series. He's in his eighties now.
Anyway, I started the first book, "Lies Weeping". I like it so far, but
I think I may have to go back and read its predecessor to try to get my
head around various things. Anyway, more later.
I've also been listening to one of the Puller stories by David Baldacci while out on my daily walks. I am becoming a bit disenchanted with his style. Or at least the style for this book or maybe series. But that is
not SF so maybe not applicable here.

Thanks for posting this! I had no idea he was still writing (yay Glen!),
and I'm looking forward to grabbing this book soon.
