"The Goodies" was just comedy, so that would have been
    part of a different trifecta...

And then ther are the Goons.

The Goons would be part of a BBC radio comedy trifecta, as in...

The Goons - The Navy Lark - Round the Horne

    (I like this game.)

    Doctor Who - Blake's 7 - The Survivors

"The Survivors"?? Sounds "Sci-fi" but can't say I've ever heard of it.

IMDB lists three Series or, rather, two series and a mini-series
called "The Survivors" ..... 1969-1970 (Lana Turner, Ralph Bellamy,
1983 (Walter Matthau, Robin Williams) and 2025 (Damien Garvey, Robyn
    Malcolm)

I'm guessing that should have been just "Survivors" (no "The"), which
    has been made twice.

The first time in 1975 by Terry Nation (Doctor Who's Dalek creator). <https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0072572/>

Then again in 2008, starring Julie Graham (The Bletchley Circle,
    Shetland, etc.)
    <https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1258189/>

imdb.com just lists the second 'Survivors"

    https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1258189/?ref_=fn_all_ttl_2

Was it the precursors of CoViD-19/Sars-2?? .... just ten years early
