That's where it's supposed to end.
On the thirteenth day of Who-Mas the 13th Doctor gave to me:
Yaz & Ryan, her Tardis famileee.
There is no 13th Doctor unless you count the War Doctor.
On the fourteenth day of Who-Mas the 14th Doctor gave to me:
A chair in the garden with a cup of tea.
No 14th either.
On the fifteenth day of Who-Mas the 15th Doctor gave to me:
Ncuti, Sutekh and the Rani.
Certainly no 15th or 16th.
On the sixteenth day of Who-Mas the Doctor gave to me:
One Piper piping!
That should be the 9th day, nine Billie Pipers piping.

Who-Mas is longer than twelve days... like your grumpiness!!!
On the thirteenth day of Who-Mas the 13th Doctor gave to me:
Yaz & Ryan, her Tardis famileee.
There is no 13th Doctor unless you count the War Doctor.
We don't count the War Doctor... Doctor Who finished in 2012.
On the fourteenth day of Who-Mas the 14th Doctor gave to me:
A chair in the garden with a cup of tea.
No 14th either.
Yeah, we know... he was really the tenth Doctor... just a bit
older.
On the fifteenth day of Who-Mas the 15th Doctor gave to me:
Ncuti, Sutekh and the Rani.
Certainly no 15th or 16th.
The REal 15th Doctor was Ncuti Gatwa... I know you miss him.
Whilst the 16th Doctor is coming...
On the sixteenth day of Who-Mas the Doctor gave to me:
One Piper piping!
That should be the 9th day, nine Billie Pipers piping.
Speak to Penguin... it was his joke... but I liked it!

Or more accurately, due to the producers and writers having
different ideas as the show moved on.
