In the USA (and elsewhere) the lines have sometimes become blurred, but the >TULIP Calvinists would reject the notion of decisional regeneration.

TULIP? I'm pretty sure I understand the rest of what you said but have
never heard that particular acronym before...

I used to know what the letters stood for, but I'd forgotten.
A web search for "TULIP Calvinism" produces:
"TULIP is an acronym that summarizes the five points of Calvinism,
which are Total Depravity, Unconditional Election, Limited Atonement, >Irresistible Grace, and Perseverance of the Saints. These points
outline a specific understanding of salvation in Reformed theology"

Guess I'll have to brush up on my theology since while I think I
understand what these terms mean in the Reformist context I guess I'm
too Arminialist for the Calvinists which is why I have reservations
about the local Presbyterian church I attend infrequently. (i.e. I
like the congregation but am not sure of the theology)
True Tulip believers often have a set of questions they use to
interrogate people whose theology they suspect of not being Calvinist
enough.
I once shared a room with one at a conference, and he subjected me to
the test. I obviously failed, because he asked the conference
organisers to move him to a different room.
