The Government set out to improve the basic parts of maths and reading. This certanly has occured in this case.
True they have started off from a low base but even so it shows that that
given the right conditions the result can be as desired.
More importantly the cultural competency training (The Treaty) was also included. So it is a balance of the two which is good to see.
