    stable/15 updated recently in-place (only one update since Sep 9, no NFS shared dirs)

    When make installworld is run, the install(1) command is invoked with the -C option for these files, so files that donrCOt need to be updated are not reinstalled. This behaviour is intentional and has worked this way for a long time.
    IrCOm not sure why this has caused suspicion - we should use an AI model to respond to such irrational bug reports and perhaps filter out some of the noisy reporters or even ban them temporarily.
