From Newsgroup: muc.lists.freebsd.ports
Hello.
I've got a doubt about these ports.
(I'm using them to run a port of mine (1), which was never committed,
but which I've been using satisfactorily for years).
In Q3 branch we had:
_ py-elasticsearch-dsl (version 7) depending on py-elasticsearch;
_ py-elasticsearch (again version 7);
In Q4 we have:
_ py-elasticsearch-dsl (still version 7) depending on py-elasticsearch;
_ py-elasticsearch (now version 9);
_ py-elasticsearch7 (version 7).
Is this intended or an oversight?
Shouldn't py-elasticsearch-dsl depend on py-elasticsearch7?
Can I just fix it like that in my port tree or is there more to it?
bye & Thanks
av.
