  • iOS 26.2.1 is 561MB, but requires 12.3GB of space?!

    What's going on here? Not had this happen before.

    I got prompted to update to the latest version from 26.2 which I duly set
    off, but then it said it needs 12.3GB of space to install and will offload
    some apps to do so. Eh?

    Why does a x.x.1 release which is only 561MB need over 12GB of space to install?
