    Then let's go back to encrypted postcards and letters,
    which are working nicely when arriving in the U.K.

    I did that with NFC tags on them and it was a lot of fun
    to do and have now a nice international collection of letters
    and postcards.

    Add an age parameter in the phone firmware that can only be managed by a parent or conservator. Enable it so websites can query the age and deny access to any device so configured.
