    Updated the package to address the issue reported in https://github.com/KKTeX/modernruler/issues/1.

    Previously, \zw was used internally, which caused compatibility issues in certain LaTeX environments.
    Since \zw is specific to Japanese typesetting, it has been replaced with em for
    Latin text environments (as they are functionally equivalent) to ensure broader
    compatibility.

    Fixed a bug which occurs when \undernote command is used in mathmode.

    From version 1.3.1 onwards, you can use \undernote command in math mode as follows:

    \[\undernote{x + y}{In the equation envriomnemt.} = \undernote{\frac{a}{b}}{No problem.}\]

    Some commands which are allowed to use only in math mode can be used in the argument of \undernote.

    In this update, I made changes in the following four points:

    1. Fixed a bug where the arguments of the \undernote with large
    depth caused text overlap.

    2. Modernized the internal implementation by migrating from TeX
    primitives to the expl3 framework.

    3. Fixed a bug which occurs when noteparstyle is set to rCL2rCY.
    Also, added an error message to warn users when an invalid
    noteparstyle is provided.
