    * Now \mpcolor (or mplibcolor) returns a metapost color expression
    when the color specified is not a spot or named color.
    With spot or named colors, withprescript command will be inserted as before.

    * fix color routine for named color in DVI mode with no \DocumentMetadata
    (assumes xcolor package is loaded)
