    Growing up in NYC the Jehovah's Witnesses were constantly going door to door. They were harmless but persistent.

    Whenever they asked me if I know Jesus I would answer something like "yea, he lives across the street in that blue house" and point to it.
    After a couple of times of this routine they would bypass my house.
    It didn't go over well with my mom though. She was one of those kind soul types who would let them preach.
    Either way, no harm done.

    I never bothered with the Jehovah's Witnesses, but I've since learned
    that they doubt the divinity of Jesus Christ. As a result, I am
    convinced that the members of that false religion, as well as those of Mormonism and muhammedism, are going straight to Hell.

    A couple of lost JWs showed up at more door earlier this month. I politely said I wasn't interested and they went away. I once lived in a building
    where there was a young JW couple in another apartment. They invited me to supper and I went. They were surprised that I didn't accept the Readers
    Digest Theory of Evolution nay more than they did. Entirely different
    reasons, but still. I'm willing to accept the inexplicable and move on.
