Do you like fresh pussy? Well so does the greatest rock band
in all of human history, the Rolling Stones.

Check out their "Stray Cat Blues:"

    <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oOSYB38y2xA>

Some highlights from the complete lyrics which follow:

"I can see that you're 15 years old
No, I don't want your ID..."

"I bet your mama don't know that you scratch like that,
I bet she don't know you can bite like that..."

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! Fresh pussy speaks!

    =========================
    Complete lyrics
    =========================

    Ah, hey
    Hey, I got some tail

Hear the click-clack of your feet on the stairs
    I know you're no scare-eyed honey
There'll be a feast if you just come upstairs
    But it's no hanging matter
    It's no capital crime
I can see that you're 15 years old
No, I don't want your ID
And I can see that you're so far from home
    But that's no hanging matter
    It's no capital crime
Oh yeah, you're a strange stray cat
Oh yeah, don't you scratch like that
Oh yeah, you're a strange stray cat
I bet, bet your mama don't know you scream like that
I bet your mother don't know you do spit like that
You look so weird, I sense you're far from home
But you don't really miss your mother
You look so scared, I'm not a mad-brained bear
But, but it's no hanging matter
    It's no capital crime
    Oh, yeah
    Whoa!
I bet your mama don't know that you scratch like that
I bet she don't know you can bite like that
You say you got a friend, and she's wilder than you
Why don't you bring her upstairs?
If she's so wild, then she can join in too
    It's no hanging matter
    It's no capital crime
Oh yeah, you're a strange stray cat
Oh yeah, don't you scratch like that
Oh yeah, you're a strange stray cat
I bet your mama don't know you can bite like that
I'll bet she never saw you scratch my back

To post that on Usenet is really dumb of Larry, it's bad enough to be a teenophile in the first place, but to be proud of it, to post publicly

Exactly, 16 is old enough to drive a car, old enough to consent if
they're inclined to, I actually had sex with a 50-something when I was
16, consensually. Most 16 year-olds will prefer someone close to their
own age, but it's acceptable if some of them go higher. But under 16,
that's a crime, even if they really believe it's consensual, maybe it
even is in some cases, but they should be able to wait for them to turn
the legal age. I'm not gonna judge them on a personal level, but nor
will I enable it in law, protecting those who would end up regretting it
    is the priority, period.

wait as long as possible before having sex. It truly is something two

Probably. But learning you aren't sexually compatible, after you're
married, would be a hard lesson.

At 26 I dated a virgin woman of 26 for a short while who refused sex
before marriage. She was a good catch: attractive, smart, tall, thin,
true blonde, degree in computer engineering from a good school. But not
only was she a virgin, she barely had any interest in sex. At that age
I couldn't wait until marriage so I broke it off. Many years later saw
on Facebook she's married and has 3 extremely good-looking children.

For her husband's sake I hope they did it more than 3x...

Crude is a true nutty guy. Such a racist, phobe, and even we see here
sexist. If anything, it's males who should be denied the vote, since
they're more susceptible to Satanic influence, but of course every

I think they had real talent, yeah. The problem for me is more that
most of their stuff was recorded before recording equipment had reached
a modern level, and just being born after their era, it's like only so
many of their songs really speak to me. But nevertheless, they had an undeniable and lasting impact on popular music.

I didn't say that all kids lost it at 12; I said that kids from broken
    homes do.

    < snip >

But you still remember the experience and the person, even if you never
saw her again. The fact that you regret it gives weight to the fact
that we are all, honestly, better off waiting until marriage.

Almost certainly. I knew a girl who didn't have interest in sex either and wanted to wait until marriage. When she did get married though, she
learned how much fun sex was and felt the need to share this discovery
with others. I can guarantee that her husband didn't stop getting any.

In fact, doing so removes any power the female gender has over us since
they always use their looks and sex appeal to manipulate us.

There are some crazies out there.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GcS_DOKUZv8

I honestly believe that this woman's opinion has been normalized and that
the majority of attractive women think that way.

Heck, we've destroyed our own societies trying to please them by giving
them the right to vote for the most destructive political policies
    imaginable.

    LOL!

I get the feeling you wouldn't let women vote if you had the power.

I would have at the beginning of the 20th century. In fact, I probably
would have fought alongside them for their right to speak their minds in elections. Now that they've caused irreversible damage through their
votes, I would take it away forever. If it weren't for them, leftists
would never have a chance at gaining power. Statistically speaking, it has already been shown that men overwhelmingly vote for conservative parties
and that those voting for the left are women, niggers and sissies.

No, I had never met a trans person, that I was aware of, at that time.

Pedro Guerrero was playing third base for the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1984
when he made the comment that earns him a place in my Hall of Fame. Second baseman Steve Sax was having trouble making his throws. Other players were diving, screaming, signaling for a fair catch. At the same time, Guerrero,
at third, was making a few plays that weren't exactly soothing to manager
Tom Lasorda's stomach. Lasorda decided it was time for one of his famous motivational meetings and zeroed in on Guerrero: "How can you play third
base like that? You've gotta be thinking about something besides baseball. What is it?"
"I'm only thinking about two things," Guerrero said. "First, `I
hope they don't hit the ball to me.'" The players snickered, and even
Lasorda had to fight off a laugh. "Second, `I hope they don't hit the ball
    to Sax.'"

We used MKS. It wasn't so much the toolkit as the NuTCRACKER runtime environment. The whole legacy product had started on AIX although we used Linux on our machines for development and only tested on a RS6000 server.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MKS_Toolkit

PTC bought MKS for another product and we were worried they would drop the cross platform product but the PTC X server was an improvement over the
MKS one. We'd looked at Hummingbird but it had problems too.

A couple of sites used Linux for the backend but not the workstations.
Windows was too entrenched and our sales people didn't really push Linux.
As sites started using Esri for their GIS that sealed the deal. Their API
was locked to Windows and COM.

I don't know if they ever had a non-commercial tier but our license was
$5000 / year and we only had one. Almost all of the testing and
development was done on Linux with the build guy creating the Windows deliverables on the licensed Windows machine.

It was cumbersome but it a pinch we could ssh into that machine, mount our source trees, and build a Windows version.

The runtime licenses on the clients' machines were more reasonable, $50
per seat iirc, but didn't include any of the Unix tools.

The process was similar to using Cygwin but we wouldn't touch GPL'd
software with a very long stick.

Periphrasis is the putting of things in a round-about way. "The cost may be upwards of a figure rather below 10m#." is a periphrasis for The cost may be nearly 10m#. "In Paris there reigns a complete absence of really reliable news" is a periphrasis for There is no reliable news in Paris. "Rarely does the 'Little Summer' linger until November, but at times its stay has been prolonged until quite late in the year's penultimate month" contains a periphrasis for November, and another for lingers. "The answer is in the negative" is a periphrasis for No. "Was made the recipient of" is a periphrasis for Was presented with. The periphrasis style is hardly possible on any considerable scale without much use of abstract nouns such as "basis, case, character, connexion, dearth, description, duration, framework, lack, nature, reference, regard, respect". The existence of abstract nouns is a proof that abstract thought has occurred; abstract thought is a mark of civilized man; and so it has come about that periphrasis and civilization are by many held to be inseparable. These good people feel that there is an almost indecent nakedness, a reversion to barbarism, in saying No news is good news instead of "The absence of intelligence is an indication of satisfactory developments."
