I am pleased to report that if you purchase Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on GOG right now (it's 60% off), you get two games in one. In addition to the full version of Fallout 4, you get a one-click install
of the Fallout: London mod which is a full game itself-!. I just tried it out and it works great.

Graphics look great.-a I downloaded the Fallout 4 London installer free
from GOG (you don't have to buy Fallout4)
https://www.gog.com/en/games?query=fallout%20london&order=desc:score
And you can get it for free at overwolf
https://download.overwolf.com/install/Download? Name=Fallout%3A_London&ExtensionId=inclcjmdbjciplpndbddklpeilkdelhdfnklndgi&Channel=web_dl_btn&utm_content=new-light&utm_source=web_app_store
but the link says it contains ads.
On GOG, they're still asking $50 for the 9-year-old Witcher 3.-a Seems high.

Is that more than vaguely related to the Amazon series?
You're looking at it backwards. The Fallout series is inspired by the
games, from the first one in the late 90s to at least New Vegas, and is faithful to the lore. If you watch the show, it adds to the engaging storylines of the games and vice versa. Unlike Netflix which completely decimated the Witcher's storyline, Amazon did a spectacular job with
Fallout.

No, I realize the egg came before the chicken but I don't have a
reference point for how closely the series followed the game universe or
if it went off on a tangent like 'Walking Dead' or 'Game of Thrones'.
Spoiler Alert: I laughed my ass off in the latest episode where Lucy
finds out about the joys of cocaine and violence of action. The dog's reaction really made the scene.
