I am not home so I can't check it. When I get back I will see what
Surface model it is. Booting up uses about 1.5GB.

My laptop, which was rebooted recently, showed 3.9 GB in use. I killed
some things like the PostGre service and teams in taskmagr and got it down
    to 3.6.

I have no data for a Surface but I've never seen a running Win11 instance with only 1.5 GB.

OK, it is a Surface Pro 3. It has 4GB and an Intel Core m3-7Y30 CPU. 2 cores/4 threads. On bootup it is around 3.1GB, due to all the shit that runs on boot up. Right now after about 30 minutes it has settled down to 2.3GB used.

It is running Win 11 Home 24H2. I installed Win 11 using Rufus.
