iPadOS 26 has moved to a little block at the bottom left. I don't have a problem with that, but it isn't visible most of the time. I have to fiddle with the window to get it to appear.
Messenger app has a similar problem when I wsnt to send picture from Photos. I
click the appropriate icon, the sub window from which I select the photo appears. I select the photo(s) - snd there is no Send button! Again, it can be
recovered by fiddling with the window..
This annoys me.
I believe it to be associated with this "clever" new way of mnipulsting windows in 26, which I do not understand although I hsve experimented with it.
(It is not present in IOS on my iPhone.) If there is a way of disabling it, I hsven't found it yet.
Has anyone else seen this or know of a fix?

iPadOS 26.0.1 seems have restored the status quo. The up and to the left arrow is back at the end of messages.
I have also discovered how to get Messenger to work properly, though it's a
bit of a work-around.
I still have a problem in Mail . When I get a message into full screen, I do not seem to be able to get the list of messages in that box back. Maybe there is something in the manual, I'll look.
Back to getting my head around all the changes!
