Bluetooth headset for Moto G5+

My first Moto didnt survive the repair shop visit, USB jack
was loose and he said after a new jack was on, there was a faulty charge component
complicating the surgery, so I bought another identical model on Ebay and moved the Sim
and SDcard over.
Turns out the mike is bad....apps seem to hear my voice fairly ok but the phone picks it up
extremely low. People cant hear me for the most part.
Dove into AI, tried tape over the noise canceling mike, checked for updates, disabled
Google apps access to the mike, no difference.
A bluetoth headset will solve this , hopefully. What are some good ones not very expensive?
Are there some that will plug into the USB and work?
