On my Samsung S24 FE, with Android 16, I can never find the USB settings unless I just use the search function. Using the menus, I fail. Where the heck are they?
While you seem to have found them with a search, and while I don't
generally look for them, I just want to helpfully warn you of the
possibility that there's a good chance that Samsung might hide some USB settings until the phone is actually connected to something by USB.
Looking it up for you though, I found this, which maybe you can test?

Plug the phone into a computer using a USB-C cable.
Swipe down twice to open the full Quick Settings panel.
Look for a notification that says something like:
"Charging this device via USB"
"USB for file transfer"
Tap that notification (as that is the USB settings menu sometimes).
You'll should tehn see options such as:
File transfer (MTP)
USB tethering
MIDI
PTP (photos)
Charging only
If you want to change the default USB behavior you may need Developer
options Settings -> Developer options -> Default USB configuration
Any of this can be wrong though, as my Galaxy is on Android 13.
