    For administrators of this group, is there no way to filter the access of new users or those who can publish? It's too much spam in a language I don't know.

    As I recently already wrote: don't use G00glegroups. That's just a
    crutch. Any decent newsreader [2] and/or newsserver has filters. I have no problem here.

    Absolutely, some servers filter spam very well.
    Don't use googlegroups for newsgroups reading.
