    If you have a email address he will send you a email notice that he
    intends to take you to court for slander or a derivative of.

    "vexatious litigant" not won a single case that I could see, however
    how much would you pay to avoid a "vexatious litigant" court action?

    The only person I have on my block list, very tempted to add those who
