5 fucking days lecturing the jury, trying
to get a not guilty result or a hung jury
Motive?
-aHe stupidly believes that she didnt do it deliberately
eveb tho she has lied repeatedly about what she did
Does he have the hots for the defendent?
-aUnlikely given that they arent allowed to fuck those found not guilty
Are judges paid by the word; like lawyers?
-aNope, they aren't paid by the hour either, they are salaried
Is he trying to put the town on the map?
-aThat has already happened
Is he being paid by the hour?
-aNope, and not by the day either
Is it a grandstanding boy thing?
-aUnlikely
Don't worry, she'll be burned at the stake.
-aWe'll see,,,
I find it surprising that the lesser charge of manslaughterhas not
been-a talked about in this case.
Of course it has in the trial, claiming that it was an accident
It's just a all-or-nothing murder charge.
Wrong
And that fuckwit judge proclaimed on friday that the
jury should not find her guilty just because she lied.
Of course criminals lie and that is evidence that they
did the crime because otherwise there would be no
need to lie, fuckwit judge.

The verdict of manslaughter was not made availableto the jury as
something they could have chosen.
There is an article in The Australian today by a retired judge saying
that manslaughter might have been a better charge that more accurately reflected the intentions of a disturbed person.
