If he start interfering with the Mexican and Columbian narco's I suspect
he is going to FAFO, and not just him.

Yeah I've seen the footage and it's a clear cut case of murder. The ICE
cunt was in no danger and he simply decided to execute someone that day.

Trump said he was injured, recovering in hospital and lucky to be alive.

This whole trump regime reeks of fascism.

It's not manslaughter at all, it's clearly murder.

She was unarmed, she had her steering wheel pointed away from him and
she never got close to hitting him.

An armed thug decided he needed to shoot an unarmed woman in the face

I was listening to a US oil company exec talking about Venezuelan crude
oil, Trump supposedly claimed that within 18mths they will ramp up
production, the oil exec estimated that it could take up to 10yrs and at
least US$20billion to get anywhere near what Trump is claiming so he has either been feed bullshit by his own people or he is outright lying, I
    tend to believe the later.

    From the SMH

"Trump may think he has scored a coup by gaining arms-length control
over the worldrCOs largest known oil reserves, but the extra-heavy tar
sands of the Orinoco Belt are barely worth anything at current global

The Chavista regime has already stolen anything easy to steal, treating

years, with nothing to spare for maintenance.

The pipelines are half a century old and badly damaged by acid

    long ago.

An oppressed skeletal staff today holds the derelict system together
    under police surveillance.

It would take a decade and tens of billions of dollars to restore output
to 3 million barrels a day, the rate of the early 2000s, and at least
$US100 billion ($150 billion) to extract serious volumes from the

    Irrelevant.

You like AI so here goes:

"In the U.S., murder charges involve a hierarchy of homicide offenses, with First-Degree Murder being the most severe (premeditated, intentional
killing), often carrying life imprisonment or the death penalty,
followed by Second-Degree Murder (intentional but without premeditation,

No mention of pre-meditation. If you fire a bullet at a person and kill
    them it's murder.

It is indeed, and as usual this noise making moron has no idea what he's talking about.

As you say, Murder is the act of unlawful killing with *intent*. It is a deliberate act that can be spontaneous and does not require any degree
    of premeditation.

**At best, it's manslaughter. I hope they lock the arsehole up for
    murder though.

Manslaughter? Deliberately pointing a firearm at an unarmed person's
head and pulling the trigger could hardly be described as
"Manslaughter" even in the most fucked up of jurisdictions.

You have no understanding of the law. Murder requires, in any
jurisdiction, for there to be premeditation. You could never prove
    premeditation in this instance.

    Wrong:

    https://www.qld.gov.au/law/crime-and-police/types-of-crime/murder- attempted-murder-and-manslaughter

"MurderrCoalso called homiciderCois the wilful killing of a person with intent to kill or cause grievous bodily harm."

"Manslaughter is the unlawful killing of a person without intent to
kill, usually as a result of a careless, reckless, or negligent act."

No mention of pre-meditation. If you fire a bullet at a person and kill
    them it's murder.

Trump and Co. in desperation will make something up and spin it as fact denying all evidence.

Just like you did in here.

Nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing, beats your delusions Darren.

Like the one where you *think* you know engines inside and out. A simple example, a supposedly trained and *experienced* (LOL) auto machinist who thinks the tangs on bearing shells prevent the shell from spinning in
the housing. That tells me, and anyone else who knows engines, that you
    (a) never did an AME(engines) apprenticeship, (b) never did a motor
mechanic apprenticeship and (c) never ever got within cooee of an
automotive machinist apprenticeship. FFS, even the Repco Engine Manual
tells it like it is - the tangs are an assembly guide only. The bearing
shells are prevented from turning by *bearing crush*, a *feature* that
*must be checked* whenever an engine is rebuilt and bearing shells
    inspected or replaced.

It's as important as the checking of piston to valve clearance whenever cylinder head work is carried out on (especially) interference engines.
You, Darren, gave us the perfect example of what happens when these
simple measurement steps are skipped or their consequences not well understood.

Yes Darren, you thinking you're a mechanic is most certainly one of your greatest delusions. Keep it up, I need a good laugh now and then.
