    This is considered a "hate speech" crime when white people use it to
    refer to niggers. But not when niggers use it to refer to others.

    Hate crime laws are unconstitutional thought and speech suppressing
    bigoted pieces of left-wing legislation.

    Guess the race of those who passed them, it's not black.
