    Sophi is wrong. Boston Rob did this EXACT thing during S22. I
    distinctly remember him pretending to have stomach issues and telling
    his teammates he was going to go off and take care of it so they
    wouldn't follow him, but he then started looking for an idol instead.

    Sophi is right they won't actually show a player taking a dump (though
    they came close with Clarence in Survivor Africa when an elephant
    interrupted him), but if a player tells everyone he is going off to do
    this and he instead looks for an idol, as Rob did, they will definitely
    show it.
