Looks like we're going to be getting a lot of Survivor in February! I
wonder what 10 iconic episodes they're going to air? It's interesting
how the episode lengths are all over the map.

    I was not expecting a three-hour premiere. Now I'm thinking we're going
to see a ton of boots right off the bat to get the numbers down to a
more normal size for the rest of the season. ___________________________________________________________________

With the three tribe format and six more players than normal, the most
likely solution is that both losing tribes will go to TC and two players
will be eliminated each episode for the first six episodes instead of
just the tribe that comes in last. If they do this for six episodes,
they will be right where they would be in a normal 18-player season.

It'll really depend on how the premiere is edited. Will we see four TCs
in the first three hours? My gut is telling me they screwed up going
with 24 players. That's too many people even for a 39 day season.
