Nate made the interview rounds today and had some interesting tidbits.

First, it's interesting that he was back at work on a movie and did the interview calls from location. I think there had been some speculation
that he had permanently left his job at the studio to go on Survivor,
but apparently he's back in the full swing of his career.

He confirmed that his closest allies on the island were Savannah and
Rizzo, and he also essentially confirmed what many of us suspected,
which is that Shannon and Rizzo were number one allies to each other.
He also said that the tight Shannon-Rizzo alliance was eventually joined
by Sophi with an "i" aka Soph, and that he was basically on the
periphery of the the other three because of the age difference. So the Shannon-Rizzo alliance we have talked about a lot is really a Shannon-Rizzo-Soph alliance.

He said that a reason MC may have played her idol is that he had
actually falsely told MC that she was the target of the vote, though she didn't believe him.

He said a big handicap for him was that he was withholding information
about his real career, so while everyone else was talking about their
jobs and the activities in their lives, he had to maintain the line
about being a stay-at-home dad and it was hard, especially when he could
hear younger people talking so much about Tik-Tok and things he could
not relate to. The one thing he actually could relate to was the Marvel movies the others always talked about, and it was frustrating that he
couldn't chime in with "Hey, I actually made that movie", referencing
    Winter Soldier.

There are multiple interviews out there, but here is the one Rob did:

I saw a tweet the other night where he said he regretted not talking
about his career with the others. Was he asked about the stay at home
dad cover? Was that a total lie?

That's interesting. Really interesting. Is Nate saying Savannah's not as powerful as the edit is leading us to believe?

They should have shown that to give us more context as to why MC used
    her idol.
